Some of my career years:-
* 1971: Completed Master of Social Work at UWA (graduated 1972)
* Early 1972: Commenced as Social Worker with Dept of Native Welfare - soon became Dept for Community Welfare - 18 months
* Late 1973: A year leave-without-pay to gain experience in community development - worked with travellers (gypsies) in Scotland for 7 months
* Late 1974: Resumed with DCW in Laverton - 6 months
* Early 1975: Supervisor of the Kimberley Division of DCW - based in Derby - 18 months
* Early 1977: Senior Social Worker with DCW in Kununurra - 3 years
* Late 1979: Senior Social Worker in Narrogin - 13 years
* Mid 1992: Trainer with TAFE & Southern Aboriginal Corp in Narrogin - 2 years
* Mid 1994: Local Area Coordinator with Disability Services Commission (part-time) and Senior Social Worker with Community Mental Health (part time) in Narrogin - 5 years
* Early 1998: Community Advisor with Blackstone Aboriginal Community - 3 years.
* Early 2002: Senior Social Worker with DCW in Tom Price - 4 years
* Subsequently worked with Mulan Aboriginal Community, Gumula Aboriginal Community, Ashburton Aboriginal Corporation, and Wunan Foundation - 6 years
