Robert was born in Exeter on 16th March 1817, the only son of Robert and Marianne Burn. He was a grocery store clerk and an undertaker's assistant in Mr Stears shop. He married Caroline Western and they had five children. He died of bronchitis on 9th April 1877. [2] |
