| Father |
William Robert WILLESEE, b. 1852 |
| Mother |
Lelia (Lillia) Annie Willesee RAINS, b. 29 Jun 1863, Reed Beds, Adelaide, South Australia |
| Note about marriage |
It is not known what the relationship was between:-
* William Willesee (born 1796) who was the father of Ann Willesee Deans, who was the mother of Lillia.
* William Robert Willesee (born c1852) who had a child with Lillia. The child was named William Robert (junior) Willesee - born 8th June 1882.
That is, William (1796) was Lillia's grandfather, and William (1852) was her partner. But we do not know the relationship between these two men. Maybe Lillian and William (1852) were cousins. |
| Note about marriage |
The relationship between William and Lillia was probably short term:-
* We have not found any record that they were married.
* The only indication we have of their relationship is the birth of their son in 1882.
* William married Mary 6 years before the child was born - and he married Harriet 2 years after the baby was born. (Mary might have died before this.)
