* George and Emily were living in 16 Murray St, Strathalbyn until they purchased 'Talinga'.
* 'Talinga' Farm, Belvidere, was purchased by George in 15th Dec 1888 and sold on 31st May 1898. (ref: Bib Gilliver). This farm might have not been a major part of their lives because they purchased it when they were in their 40s, and their two daughters where in their late teens - and then sold it after a decade when the girls were possibly married.
* George purchased Sections 2742, 2750 & 2613 from William Rogers. (ref: Bob Gilliver)
* They lived at Paris Creek and retired to Strathalbyn in 1883. (ref: Barbara Regan)
