Obituary: The death occurred recently at a private hospital, in Adelaide, of Mr. Henry Saltmarsh, of Lake Plains. Mr. Saltmarsh lived the whole of his life in the district, and also lived in the same house. He was the youngest son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Henry Saltmarsh. His wife predeceased him many years ago. Mr. Saltmarsh was a fine citizen and of a kindly disposition. He leaves three sons and one brother. His remains were laid to rest in the Milang Cemetery. Rev. Digance officiated at the grave side.

Strathalbyn District: Mr Henry Saltmarsh, of The Plains, has been notified of the death in action, of his eldest son (Private Roy Saltmarsh). His bereft relatives have had the satisfaction of knowing that there is a wide sympathy for them in their sad loss.
